Here at Construction Distribution we’re on the lookout for the latest products you can offer your customers to improve productivity on their jobsites. This issue, we’re introducing a new way you can get information about those products and connect with manufacturers.
We know you use the Internet to research products and equipment to stock in your stores. Now we’re making that easier for you by connecting our print product information to our Product Line Directory, an online compendium of products for the contractor supply channel.
The system starts in the pages of the magazine where we introduce you to products and equipment. If you want more information about a certain piece of equipment or company, look for the URL under a product or at the bottom of an advertisement and type the URL into your web browser. This URL will take you to a product description or company profile in the Construction Distribution Product Line Directory. Once in the Product Line Directory, you can learn more about that product or company and request information from the manufacturer.
But don’t let the fun stop there. Once you’re in the Product Line Directory, look around. Each year we add hundreds of new products to this online database. It’s an interactive directory of manufacturers and the products they sell through the contractor supply channel. Product Line Directory is organized by equipment category and by company. You can use the Product Line Directory to research equipment. For example you can review a wide range of battery-operated power tools, find out which manufacturers offer non-powered hand tools, or view the entire equipment line-up of a specific manufacturer.
