Construction Distribution hosts Irwin 'Road Show'
Marketing and engineering professionals from Irwin Industrial Tools stopped in Southern Wisconsin to introduce the staff of Construction Distribution magazine to the latest in saw blade technology: the new Marathon blade with Weldtec.
With more than two years of research and development behind it, the new Marathon with Weldtec blade features carbide teeth that are welded to the blade. This enhanced technology is one of the reasons it is being promoted as the "fastest framing blade ever."
The new blades began shipping to distributors in July and should be available at retail this month.
Jewett-Cameron adds product lines
The Jewett-Cameron Trading Company has announced that it has added product lines to be sold through its MSI-PRO Co. subsidiary. The lines include saw blades, digital calipers and laser guides as well as various measuring tools. The additions will carry the Avenger Products label.
Jewett-Cameron is a wholesaler of building materials and a manufacturer/distributor of specialty metal products.
Evergreen Marketing Group relocates headquarters/training center
The Evergreen Marketing Group has moved its headquarters and training facilities to a new building in Farmers Branch, TX. The distributor cooperative purchased a 17,000-square-foot builing earlier this year and moved in after completing renovations.
