The 2010 World of Concrete (WOC) was held February 2-5 in Las Vegas, attracting 55,000 registrants looking for the latest and greatest in the concrete industry. The Las Vegas Convention Center housed the show’s more than 1,300 exhibitors, including manufacturers from the earthmoving categories and those showcasing a wide variety of tools and products for the concrete contractor. One of the attractions at the show was the outdoor decorative concrete display area, with professional contractors demonstrating their talents for show-goers. Hot topics at the show included polished concrete, building green with concrete, and products and technologies to help contractors complete their jobs more efficiently and with higher profits. WOC 2011 will be held January 18-21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev.
