Milwaukee Introduces New M12 Cordless Laser Temp-Gun Thermometer Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation expands its Lithium-ion system with the new M12 cordless laser Temp-Gun thermometer. Specifically tailored to the electrician or HVAC/R technician, the two available models come with and without humidity and dew point features. The M12 units were designed with embedded non-contact voltage detection and extra bright LED flood lights to increase end user productivity. RIDGID Introduces The RP 210-B Press Tool The new RIDGID Model RP 210-B press tool, the smallest and lightest pressing tool in the product line, has the capability to make presses up to 1 1/4-inch connections. The compact-designed RP 210-B is two inches shorter and 25 percent lighter than the RIDGID Compact 100B press tool, which was previously its most compact unit. Featuring an ergonomic design, the user-friendly RIDGID RP 210-B press tool weighs 5.625 pounds. It has 270 degree barrel rotation and a flattened top, providing greater accessibility for users making connections in confined spaces. The new press tool has indicator lights that provide feedback and safety information with an intuitive interface. The RP 210-B press tool is the first RIDGID compact press tool to feature a lithium-ion battery, which allows more presses per battery charge and has optimum cold weather performance with a temperature range of -10 to 50 degrees Celsius. An improved gear ratio contributes to the better performance at cold temperatures and the more presses per charge. The battery provides 1.1 amp per hour, and as an option, a 2.2 amp-per-hour and a 3.3 amp-per-hour battery will be offered. The RP 210-B press tool kit includes 1/2-, 3/4-, 1- and 1 1/4-inch jaws and is compatible with all current compact RIDGID press jaws. The durable and rugged RP 210-B press tool is designed with rubber over molding to protect the tool during rough handling or inadvertent drops.
