DEERFIELD, Ill.--July 28, 2010 --United Stationers Inc., a leading wholesale distributor of business products, today announced that Larry D. Davis has been promoted to the position of president, ORS Nasco. In this role, he will assume responsibility for leading ORS Nasco in the development and execution of strategic business unit initiatives and the delivery of operating plans and goals setting in collaboration with all business units and functions. Mr. Davis joined ORS Nasco, the company's industrial supplies division, in late 1999 and has served in numerous senior leadership roles most recently as general manager since January 2009. He has been instrumental in growing this business and building an organization that has tremendous potential.
